Colin Rose in Bavorov

Bavorov has a newly restored manor house used for weddings and now an art gallery and museum

The former manor house (called The Castle) standing in the square is an early Baroque building, it has a high-pitched roof covered with a high attic with curved cornice. The portal is decorated with the arms of the Eggenbergs and Schwarzenbergs. The first floor is topped by a large vaulted room, adorned with oriental stucco frames. Currently, the mansion owned by the Town of Bavorov. After the reconstruction, there will be placed in the ceremonial hall, a permanent exhibition on the history of the city and the first exhibition will be of paintings by Colin Rose. Incidentally the reconstruction is founded by Norway and Iceland!

The paintings I will exhibit have all been done within a 5 kilometre radius of Bavorov. A town best known to most Czechs by the song Kdyby byl Bavorov
